An unusual tea ideal for cold weather, its honey aroma and spicy, bittersweet taste warms not only the soul.
This dark oolong, undoubtedly a curiosity in Japanese production, is produced in small quantities by Mr Takeshi Suzuki in the village of Isagawa. Isagawa is known as a place where pesticides have never been used and the largest cluster of tea plantations rejecting agricultural chemicals in Japan.
