Gyokuro is our love and so we want to offer also classically processed gyokuro where the oxidation has been stopped by steam.
Delicious and refreshing. This gyokuro is rightly called liquid jade.
The name can be a bit misleading, because this time it does not refer to the place of origin, but to the place where the shiage - the final processing - was done.
The garden is located 250 metres above sea level in Kagoshima Province

Lahodné, příjemně vonící gyokuro, které s počtem nálevů zvýrazňuje chuť, přiměřená hořkost, výraznější stimulace.
Zážitek jiný než u gyokur pana Sakamota, který je mým favoritem, ale rozhodně doporučuji vyzkoušet.
