A pleasant slightly rustic sencha from Isagawa. For this tea, Mr. Suzuki used only leaves of the Yabukita cultivar with a more pronounced roasting, known as "hire." The result is a pleasant sencha with a gentle sweetness accompanied by nutty undertones. The plantation is situated at an elevation of 400 meters above sea level.
